I had to reinstall my OS on the android phone. When I reinstalled Webroot (which I have paid for), asks for my username, password, and keycode. I put in my correct keycode (got it right from the account console), but tells me its wrong and wants the WRSA keycode, but when I try to type that in it puts dashes in at wrong places.

Hello silvanet,
Sorry you are having problems. Can you tell me which version you are installing from the Google Play Store? Do you have the correct version installed?

I've tried the free version and then to upgrade with my key code, but that didn't work. In my console it says I have the Premeire version on the phone with 306 days still on it. I also have 5 pcs with WRSA. On one install it asked for my username, password, and keycode. I put in my keycode exactly as it is in the console, but it tells me it's wrong.
It would be nice if they just had a link right there in the console to remove and reinstall. I'm afraid to remove the device for fear the entire account information may disappear.
