Installed on different computer and purchased renewal. When trying to download, message "The keycode could not be verified at this time. Ensure that Secure Anywhere is allowed to connect to the internet and try again" popped up. I tried turning off the firewall protection and redownloading, but got the same message. Then I tried uninstalling the previoius version of Webroot, but when entering the keycode again after trying to redownload I got a message that the keycode was verified but expired.
