After reinstallation programs I cannot finish scan. It's scanning until get to the poing scan the GooglePlay. After that point the Webroot SecureAnywhere Premium for droids gets to reset - first in black, than it shows "scan problem" with yellow exclamation sign. I tried to erase scans memory, but after reinstallation I cannot open those options in HELP menu if drawing pattern as like "8" on the screen. Also, the "collection Logs data" option does not have continuity to send it some e-mail address.

An uninstall and reinstall might help with your situation. However, I recall from prior topics you've been in that we had determined a while back that your smart phone is quite old and came with an amount of memory that is considered borderline insufficient by comparison with more modern devices. Did you end up getting a new phone?
