I'm running on Toshiba Thrive updated with Android 4.0x

 

Scans, both scheduled and manual, run normally and report "finished", but the program fails to updated the status.  Even immediately after a "finished" scan, I still get the warning that the last scan was more than a week ago.

 

I'm also getting periodic ""Webroot Stopped" messages, probably due to a program timeout when trying to update the status.

 
It sounds like this involves the installation of the app. Can you please check which version of the app you are running and reply with this information (open SecureAnywhere>tap the Android menu button>tap About)?

 

Edit: I have reached out to bigleytl with a private message to see if the problem has been resolved.
