It depends on which mobile OS your phone uses.
If Android then you need to chdck on which version is best for you based on your WSA version. Please revive this KB Article. If the free version then, re. installing, please see https://community.webroot.com/t5/forums/replypage/board-id/WSA-E/message-id/How to Install and Activate Webroot Security Free for Android, & if the premium version then this KB Article covers it.
If iOS/Apple then the relevant apps can be downloaded from the iTunes Store. Search for SecureWeb and SecureSync to download the apps and enter your Online Account credentials. Also this KB Article covers installing the Webroot offerings.
