I apologise as I do not know how/who to resolve this issue. I have 3 Devices listed, My Phone, My Tablet, My Fire. the My Tablet has been Factory Reset, and sold. I have Removed Device, several times, over a 4 Month period, and the Device continues to re-establish in Mobile Security. What do I need to do? Who / How to contact? Thanks.

As far as I know one cannot 'delete' a device from the online console...all that one can do is to 'deactivate' which is what I presume that you have done following the guidance in this KB Article?
If you absolutely want to get rid of the device I would Open a Support Ticket and ask the SupportTeam if they will delete the device for you.
