As a fellow Windows Phone user I have asked the same question many a moon ago, and the answer is 'No'...there is no Windows Phone version of WSA because there is no need due to the way that Microsoft the mobile kernel it is very, very unlikely that malware will be able to get onto your phone and do any damage.

 

If you would like to support the need for a future Windows Mobile version then there is this Feature Request open that you can add your comments to.
