While installing SecureAnywhere on my Android, I was prompted to go to Accessibility and Turn On SecureAnywhere.
I was then asked to provide a PIN but the only PIN I have will not work?
What PIN is it looking for?

Hi LEJ610,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
I believe that you are trying to install the wrong version since it is asking for a pin (I think that is Business version).
I recommend installing the Free version of Webroot Mobile available HERE, and then registering it with your keycode, which will then upgrade your Mobile version from Free to Complete or Premium version, depending on what version of WSA you have (i.e. Complete, Internet Security, etc.). You can find directions to do that HERE. More info is also available HERE.
If you're still having trouble then please submit a trouble ticket so Webroot support can check this for you. This is a FREE service with a paid subscription.
Please let us know if this resolves your issue. :)
Thanks,
BD
