When I tap the 3 vertical dots to get to settings/bookmarks, etc, the screen is dark. I can barely read any of the words. When I tap a word I can't see, it takes me to a page I can read just fine. Here are the pics.

I just solved my problem. You can't do a quick tap of the 3 dots for a dropdown, you have to press and hold then everything shows up clear.
