Trying to install Secure Anywhere Mobile on my wife's new Galaxy S7. Webroot's telling me my e-mail isn't valid--even though I can log into my account via my PC with the same e-mail. Anyone else ever have this problem. Webroot Customer Support is closed until Monday morning.

Hi VETREP,
It sounds like the app you are using to install may not be the right one for your subscription. Try downloading the Webroot app "Security - Free". Even though it says "free" in Google Play, you can enter your keycode to turn it into a paid app. It takes any kind of mobile keycode, unlike the "Security - Complete" app, which only takes Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete keycodes.
Regards,
Sophia
