You posted this in "Mobile for Android" but you are having problems on "All Three Computers". I assume you are talking about your PC or Mac computers. (no need to repost). If you bought the Subscription from Webroot it should have added the time to your last Subscription with same Keycode. Since this is happening on all 3 computers I would submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support to sort this problem. This service is FREE with a Paid Subscription.

If you updated your subscription through Best Buy, it can take longer for the license to show renewed. I would check again in 24 hours in that case.
If you did not renew through Best Buy, but instead from Webroot directly, we should have sent you an email to confirm whether you are using the same keycode or a new one. Check your spam folder in that case.
