I have "upgraded" to Webroot premium from Google store but cannot use any of the features because I have not received a new product code. What's up?

While the volunteers here on the Community are able to help resolve quite a few issues, we are not able to access Google Play sales information.

 

I am assuming that you have rechecked your email, including any spam/junk mail folders, and the key code is still not there? Try to do a search in your email for Webroot Sales.   If you still cannot locate it, you may submit a Trouble Ticket.  

 

You might also try to request that it be resent by filling out This Form.  Make sure you select Secure Anywhere, and check the box to include the key code.

 

You might also try to contact the Sales Department at 1-866-612-4268, (M-F 7am?8pm MT Sat?Sun 7am?6pm MT)
