I just bought webroot but when I try to install it the prmpt says "invaild code". I am using the code on the back of the case. please help!!

Are you trying to install this on your Android cell? Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584,
