than I have onmy phone, but when I go to upgrade..says I need to pay
four ninety nine how does one update now and in the future on updates?

Not sure about this but perhaps this KB article might offer some guidance as to whether you have the correct version and what the options are in terms of licenses because some version of the Android app are free depending on which version of the PC/Mac app you have.

Hey buddy since you have the Complete version go to your online console to make sure all permissions are set for mobile devices and install this version via your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.security.complete and use the email address and password that you use to get on the online console also you will need to add the keycode!
