Who do I send back logs to?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you are referring to logs associated with an issue then there is no need to send anything (just at the moment)...just Open a Support Ticket to advise the Support Team of the issue you are having and as part of the process some basic logs from your system are uploaded at the same time. If the Support Team need more informaiton theywill either ask you for it and/or send you a utility to run on your system to gather the information required.
That is it...but you can also I believe include logs as part of you ticket submission if you like.
