Wont let me register the sync app, i put all the info and only appears error check again email pass and code and also in my console it doesnt appear my ipad either just add the device i do what it said but wont work
Probably the best thing is to contact support and they'll be able to help you out.  Sorry you are running into problems!

You said that you had looked in your console but it would be a good idea to make sure that you have your Access & Permissions settings set to Access for Backup & Sync.

 

Log into your MyWebroot Account > Click the drop-down arrow to Account Settings > Click Change if you do not have Access showing against the Backup & Sync Console.

 

Give that a go and see if it helps.  Either way please post back and let us know how you have gotten on, and if you have no success in resolving the issue we will see if we can provide more help.
