Hello ?,
Welcome to the Community.
This same question was posted yesterday.
Have you ever used TurboTax? As far as I can tell this a legit program that works in conjunction with other software. Have you checked in you Control Panel/Programs to see if this can be uninstalled?
?
If you are in any doubt or cannot uninstall then please submit a trouble ticket and let support have a look for you.
Hope this info helps, :)

Thanks for the response. I do use TurboTax -- so is it part of that program? I checked the Control Panel and it is not listed as a program which can be uninstalled. What was strange -- my desktop icons were all rearranged and then there was this debug log text on my desktop.
I didn't know what had caused the rearrangment and have never heard of Awesomium.
Is this something which indicates a problem -- with the debug log?

Hi D_Zach,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
BurnDaddy is offline, so maybe I can help?
From some research I have found this:
Since you have installed software named as TurboTax on your PC. Then please be informed that "debug.log"or "debug.txt" is the log file created by a component used by TurboTax. Please update to the latest version of TurboTax by clicking on the Online -> Check for Updates option.
Hope this helps? If not you can always submit a support ticket free of charge as BurnDaddy has suggested.

If you continue to have issues please Submit a Support Ticket so Webroot can look into it! As BurnDaddy and Sherry said!
