On one of my protected computers, On The Secure Anywhere screen, there is always listed" 1 active threat detected. Scanning does NOT remove it nor provide any information as to what it is. similarly, it does NOT show up in quarantine, or blocked, or deleted files. can you help?
Thanks.

Hi jeffreymw
Welcome to the Community Forums.
As a first step to resolving this for you would you please go HERE, take a look at the information and go to the same place as described in the article, click on Reset Protection Statistics and then do a scan. It should clear as a result of this action, since it is just showing the total of threat/malware, etc. that WSA removed since you installed WSA.
If that does not sort out the issue then please post back and we will look at Plan B.
Regards, Baldrick

Hello there 🙂 If I can step in a moment to help clarify the stats... Take a look at THIS KB. If you indeed have Active Threats listed, you will want to submit a Trouble Ticket. Threats Removed is not a worry.
Thanks, Baldrick, et al. Just right clicking on the "threat" and letting the scan complete seemed to make it disappear. I had to repeat the process after Adobe flash popped up and asked me to download it. Anyhow, I just wanted to tell you all that your input / interest / and expertise is both reassuring and appreciated!
