Account may be listed under old email address, and I can't access

I have had a Webroot account for years, and I can no longer find my password.  I have just purchased new computers and want to add them to my account and delete old computers.  Plus, I suspect I may have multiple accounts linked to an old email address that we no longer use.  How can I find out?

The only way is to contact Webroot Support using a new email address and put in the ticket other possible email addresses it could be under and they will find it.
