Hi,

 

after installing webroot, the computer crashes when typing on my ms-wireless keyboard

Any answers?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

This is apparently a known issue with WSA. Your best bet in the circumstances is to Open a Support Ticket to advise the Support Team you have the issue and I believe that they can supply you with a Registry tweak as a work around until they fix it in WSA itself.
