After running the webroot softwarew I still have Avira Launcher, Dregol Search and 360 total Security. How do I get rid of these programs and icons?

Hi heltoal
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Not sure why you believe that WSA should remove these items as none of them as far as I am aware are classed as malware. In the case of the Avast & 360 Total Security items you should uninstall them using the Add and Remove Control Panel applet.
In the case of Dregol Search; well that one is what we call, here in the Community, a PUA or Potentially Unwanted Application, and whilst WSA does detect a number of these it does not detect them all.
In the case of this one I would Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to investigate and help you get rid of it.
