I cannot access xbox one on the network and suspect its because the webroot firewall isn't allowing it through - how do i change its access and allow it through?
Are you bridging the network through your PC? If your Xbox connects directly through your router the Webroot Firewall wont have any affect on it.

Hello twistopher,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Let's see if I can help you with a few places that it's being blocked.

It could be blocked in Control Active Processes by the user, manually. If so, go to System Tools > System Control > Control Active Processes > Start and set the program to Allow

Could be blocked by the Identity Shield, causing it to still run but not function as you'd expect. In which case, go to Identity & Privacy > Identity Shield > Protected Applications > View/Edit Protected Applications > and set it to Protect or Allow as you see fit ..this is in the User Guide here and here

If this doesn't help then you can Contact Support so that they can whitelist this for you free of charge with an active subscription.

Please get back to us if you can to let us know this was resolved so that we may help others with the same issue.

Thanks,

Regards,
