Hello PW24
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Are you getting popups in your browser or just when you are on FB?
Go to your privacy settings in FB and through there go to Application Settings. There will be a list of the applications that you have given permission to (Eg. Mafia Wars, Farmville, etc). Search for the name of the application and uncheck it.
Please look here and see if this can help. http://en-gb.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=10200641858749942
If you still need help please come back and we can advise further,

Hi PW24
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If the popup is in browser then it looks like you are in need of a popup blocker for your browser (by the which browser do you us?). The two most popular for are AdBlockPlus (https://adblockplus.org/) and uBlock (https://www.ublock.org/).
Alternatively you can also search for and install these from the stored related to your browser, usually from the Extension or Add On Manager (look under 'Settings').
For both IE & Edge browserrs you usually need do nothing more than turn on the built in popup blocker (again usually accessed from the 'Settings' menu).
Hope that helps?
Regards, Baldrick

Hey there Pw24
Welcome to the Webroot Community
If they indicate updates such as flash or java please ensure you do not download anything from the popup and go directly to the official website for downloads rather than clicking the links they provide, just incase if the popup is malicious then it could do your system some serious harm.
Best of luck with this issue and get back to us if you need anything else.
