What's the deal with the little popup that appears occasionally over the systray and then disappears before you can read it?

There is a popup that shows you which shields are active and secure. Please submit a screenshot so that I know exactly what you are seeing.
I have no idea how to submit a screenshot of something that is only there for a split second.
It's called "Authenticating Files pop-up when a new file is scanned on-execution" please have a look at this page and you can uncheck if it is to bothersome? https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/agenthelp.asp?n=Changing_the_scan_settings

If you want to be sure of the pop up and get that screenshot you can hit the Print Screen key on the keyboard when it pops up: that will capture the screen to your clipboard. Open Paint and you can Paste the captured image. Save the file and there you go: screenshot!
I find that saving as a .png file gives better results than some otherr file formats.

It would be nice if the popup could be configured to hang around for at least 10 seconds so I can see exactly what new file is being authenticated.
Very true it is fast.@ wrote:

It is fast.... my screenshot method does still take quick fingers to get it, and so it doesn't always work.
