I have three PC's at home, and suddenly each one is receiving a message at startup to the effect it wishes that we click on a certain point to learn what webroot has/is doing for us performance wise. - and a list of statistical info is outlined.
How can I stop this?
Is anyone else receiving these messages at the moment.? I used to get them occasionally - but at the moment it is every time I boot up.

Hi Purgatory
I suspect that this is the Personalised Security Report feature that was interoduced a few month ago and has gotten a number of users into a lather as it does this from time to time. The pop up should disappear in a couple of days, alternatively you could just click on them to display the report and that should be that.
For information there is a feature request that I started over in the Ideas Exchange re. users being given more control over this feature with the current following status:
"Status: https:///t5/Ideas-Exchange/idb-p/Ideas/status-key/UnderConsideration
Just heard back that this one is under consideration by the product management team. I'll update when they've made a determination."
Do zip over there and add your thoughts & support for this idea if it takes your fancy.
Regards
Baldrick

Hi Baldrick
thanks for your reply - it is indeed the Personalised Security Report feature that opens at start up. I will wait a few days to see what happens.
Thanks again

Hi Purgatory
You are most welcome. I really hope that the feature request comes to fruition as the Security Report feature seems a bit flaky at the moment...I have not had a notification for some 6 months...LOL.

I was told this was fixed, so please let me know if this keeps happening so I can alert our support escalations team.
Thanks for your follow up interest.
Since my original post - the problem seems to have 'gone away'.
If this changes, I will of course repost.
