Got this version when I bought a desktop at Bestbuy. I have played Top Eleven through Facebook for over a year. Tried to play after installing this and now I can't get it to load.

This is what I get..........

This website has been reported as unsafe

Suspicious threat:This is a suspicious site. There is a higher than average probability that you will be exposed to malicious links or payloads.

It gives me 3 options. Again, I've been here almost everyday for a year. I choose "Unblock page and continue" and it does nothing except go to a gray page that says "Webroot Secure Anywhere"

I hope there is an easy fix to this that will take seconds to remedy. If not, uninstall and this will go in the garbage and a review posted on Bestbuys site.

Hello JJvike,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Maybe notifying BrightCloud of a potential false positive/need to reclassify a site is that when you are blocked locally from entering it, and you know that it is safe, then you can click the 'Unblock and proceed' button on the WSA blocking web page and not only will that whitelist the site locally for you for the future but it will also notify BrightCloud of the local override and as I understand it these are also picked up and used to trigger re-evaluatios of the sites reputation.

Did all you suggested. More than 24 hours and the problem still exists. Any thoughts on how to gain access to the game? Is there a way to stop Webroot from blocking this site locally? Like an exemption? Or is the only answer, if you like playing Top Eleven through Facebook, you're screwed if you have Webroot? Your product is the only one that I've ever dealt with that will not allow a user to override or make an exemption to something that is being blocked. Glad it was free.
Hi JJvike,

It could take Webroot Support a couple days to get back to you in an email if you issued that Support Ticket.

So if you just hang in there Support will get this taken care of. Sorry for the inconvenience of all of this but Webroot is set to protect and sometimes programs and or websites or games need to be white listed.

Please check your Spam email encase they have contacted you.
