hi i have got the webroot Antivirus edition and i do not have the toolbar and i do not get ticks in any of my web browsers and i do not what to do i have reinstill the software and still will not show up thanks if you can help

Hello paul and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums.
There are no Toolbars in the AV only version as it is for the Password Manager that comes with the other 2 packages. Now for the New Web Shield search results Webroot is still rolling that out slowly so there are many without it at this time but you will get it soon and your supported Browsers will ask to install Web Filtering Extensions and they are IE, Firefox & Chrome.
