two things...when i try to download definitions i get a message to check my internet connection. second, i run antivirus and it starts fine but hangs up during the scan. im using a samsung 4s. i also have on my laptop and samsung note8 and it works fine. any help out there? the last scan stopped when it was scanning the sd card. thanks
