Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
I would like to add if you say you are getting infected which sounds odd to me please Submit a Support Ticket and they will do a security check for you and if there is something they will remove it for you! Please let us know the outcome as I'm very interested in the reply support gives you.
Thanks,
Daniel 😉

If Secure Anywhere would not be compatible with windows 10 i would not be here telling you it is because i am a windows 10 user. Thanks to SA my machine keeps on running and this for a long time to come.
I'm still having this issue also. I sent in a post concerning this problem months ago.
Everytime I run the scan myself, The same information from a previous scan back in Feb. 2015 always appears.
I've had several Techs from webroot to remotely check and scan my computer.
This issue has never been resolved. I have a 2 year support package.
What should I do now? Please advise. Thank You.
