Hi ccarlton
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am afraid to say that the Cerber virus is of the ransomware variety that uses AES encryption algorithm to encode the unfortunate victim’s files. If you have been unfortuante enough to be hit by this then you need professional assistance and therefore I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket ASAP to notify the Support Team so that they can see if there is anything that they can do for you in the circumstances.
They may be aboe to use WSA's monitoring/journalling feature to roll back any infection but that is not a certainty hence why you need professional advice.
