Webroot has been stable for years. Recently my Windows 10 (V1511 Build 10586.3) running under Parallels Version 11.1.2 (32408) just stopped. No error message simply a "windows is stopping" message as it shutdown to "Windows is stopped" screen. All efforts to repair failed. Did a clean install and all went well until I launched Webroot setup/install. Windows stopped again. Hmm Rebuild - took a snapshot - tried to install Webroot - Windows stops. Its dead.
Since I cannot get into Windows post stop I cannot read the logs.
Any ideas?
Thanks

This is maybe something for the Mac experts here. But one small question . Which version of WRSA are you running ( including release nr )? Can't you even boot that w10 virtual machine in safe mode & go dig in the system logs? Seeing you use paralel desktop on a mac makes me believe you have the proficiency to go & look for these logs. It's been a few years since i played with paralel desktop so go have a look at the knowledgebase article i sent you.
