I had been informed that I bought another subscription of Webroot, when my subscription ended. I had not asked to buy another one, nor did I want to buy another one. And I have been charged for something I didn't want. Why would you go ahead and purchase a product when someone has not asked for you to purchase this produt for them?

I am sorry that you missed the emials that would have been sent to you prior to your card being charged, it is possible that they went into your Spam folder. Automatic renewal has become pretty much an industry standard among many of the main AV companies, and has long been the standard for those that have Best Buy Subscriptions as well. Having been a volunteer here for two years and having spent three years wroking in the escalations office for the Best Buy Subscription Software progrm, I know that both do send out multiple emails/notifications prior to billing, but they are sometimes overlooked.
Was your renewal billed by Webroot directly or by Best Buy? Please call the appropriate number below to inquire about cancelling your subscription and any refunds that may be available: (Do not delay in calling, both companies have different return/refund policies. The sooner you call the better chance of a partial or full refund.)
