I spent hours trying to get back into my account (maybe I’m just tired). There are dozens of login pages, consoles, etc., and none of these pages with Account Settings will display any billing information. I need help finding a way to update my billing information.

 

I’ve used Webroot for a long time and do not remember updating my billing information. They would have a card on file, but I’ve had many cards replaced over the years. I don’t know how it would be possible for there to be a current running subscription if Webroot tried to charge a method that was declined. Does anyone have any information about this?

When updating billing / renewal information you must get in contact with Webroot Support to change your information.
