Hello @ ,
Welcome to the Community Forum,
That is strange as I use Outlook and it's not happening to me. Have you always been able to check your email with Outlook?
EDIT:: If you want you could do a clean reinstall of Webroot, I will send you the instructions how to do that>
To get around this temporarily you should have an 'Unblock & proceed' option in the bottom left hand corner of the blocking page. If yo are certain the link is safe then you should be able to click on that link and proceed to the blocked page, WSA will whitelist the url locally on your system and also send a notification of the override to the Threat Researchers at Webroot so they can investigate if necessary as to why an override was undertaken.
Please Open a Support Ticket to provide them with specific details.
Hope this helps and if it doesn't then just give us a holler.

Hi:
Thank you for the reply.
I did try to use the ignore optio n. That led to another error message saying the URL does not exist. I have no problem accessing Outlook on my laptop, which is not Webroot equipped.
Problem started today. No changes in my PC since yesterday.

Hello TEF,
Can you check these here and here?
If this doesn't help then I believe an clean reinstall of Webroot might be required so please let me know if the above helps or not and I'll send you how to do a uninstall/reinstall of Webroot. ok?
Kind Regards,

All good advice from Sherry here.
Like Sherry, I have no problems accessing Outlook from any of my systems.
You did not say how you were accessing Outlook. Are you accessing it from a shortcut or typing the url into the browser?
Try this link and see if you get the same response https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&ct=1424267644&rver=6.1.6206.0&sa=1&ntprob=-1&wp=MBI_SSL_SHARED&wreply=https:%2F%2Fmail.live.com%2F%3Fowa%3D1%26owasuffix%3Dowa%252f&id=64855&snsc=1&cbcxt=mail
