Hello cambre126,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Please have a look here at this KB Article where it explains this to be the Webroot driver for the file filtering, system monitoring, etc.
(C:WindowsSystem32DriversWRKrn.sys)
Can you Open a Support Ticket which is free of charge and have them take a look?
Thanks,
