Just had the pc in at geek squad and they loaded webroot on my pc 5 days ago. now...every now and then we get the blue screen dumping memory where it counts 0-100 and its gotten worse that past 2 days.
also AOL will not let my spouse sign on anymore.
i heard these problems are both caused by viruses...Help?

The blue screen can be casued by a lot of different things. While I virus is possibly the problem, a hardware or hardware driver issue or OS problem also can be the problem and really are the most often culprits.
If you do not mind my asking, what did you have the computer seen about?

Welcome dauzzo101, to our WSA Forum, sorry for the blue screen issues..that's not fun..but at @ said it can be a few things such as hardware or drivers or certainly could be a virus. AOL does have some patches they are working on so I'm not sure what's going on there...As mentioned a Trouble Ticket could be set up and Webroot support can see from there end if it's Webroot related...
