Why do i get so many blue screens??
Hello

Please Submit a Support Ticket for they can gather logs and they can grab the Mini-Dump and that will tell what caused the crash and let you know.
Hi rosiefre

Welcome to the Community Forums.

May I just ask an additional question here...for clarification?  Have you recently installed or started using WSA?  And if so have the Bluse screens or BSODs (as they are known) started happening after this or not.  It is important to know this and understand as to whether WSA could be the cause or not.

If they have started happening since installing WSA then please try this for us; an unistall/clean instal, which you do as follows::

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Then try to check to see if the BSODs continue...if they do not then great...but if they do then please follow Petrovic's advice.

Regards, Baldrick
