We are a game service company and our users have encountered the problem.
The BSOD (Stop code: Unexpected Kernel Mode trap) appears when our users are trying to run our applications alongside Webroot Secure Anywhere. This issue can be reproduced by installing the Freeridegames Player and starting the application.
Recently we renewed our code signing certificate. Please, add our new certificate to the whitelist, this is required because our files are often updated and resigned.
I've attached below the link where you can find files with the new and old signature.

This is the instruction to recreate BSOD:
- Download the following installation package: http://www.freeridegames.com/do/getSDMOffersNSISGW?gameId=694750
- Install the player by using the SDM executable file (Software Download Manager), the player will automatically launch the game once installation is finished.
