Hello wmpca,
Welcome to the Community Forum,
There used to be an email scanning product but that no longer exists.
Webroot's approach to malware is to scan processes at the time they are executed, rather than trying to catch them in transit. Or I can say this, the malware has to be executed in order to due damage to your pc. and that is where Webroot will neutralize the malware.
I would suggest you Clean your Browser cache and cookies as noted here.

Hi wmpca
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may just add to what Sherry has provided? If you have a file in particular that you want to scan then you just need to locate it on your disk, right click on it and select, from the drop down menu presented, the option 'Scan with Webroot'. That should initiate a standalone scan of that object and resent back the results pretty quickly.
Of course, whether you can use this depends on whether you can find the file on your disk, and in the case of your Yahoo email file, if exists on your disk rather than you accessing it in the cloud, it may be a hidden file so as to try to prevent tampering, etc.
Please follow Sherry's directions; I have added this in case it can be of use, based on your request.
Regards
Baldrick
