I spoke with technical support a couple of days ago and was told to contact Webroot instead of Geek Squad. I had to replace my operating system last week. There's been several viruses removed by Geek Squad over the past 3-4 months. The blue death screen came on last week. I installed Windows 7 Pro and I am still having problems. I ran a scan earlier and it showed the phishing filter was off in Internet explorer and showing updates that need to be applied, but I can't find them.
Also, I keep getting redirected to sites that are not private.I have tried calling but get a recording saying that it's not business hours and I tried sending a message but a screen sating they have already been in touch with me.
