Hi Doug

Welcome to the Community Forums.

It would be extremely helpfui if you would provide us with some more detail as to the context of your issue, i.e., what operating system are you running under, in what circumstances this occurs...all the time, for all types of documents, etc.

Without further information we would be guessing at the possible cause and therefore the potential solution.

We await a fuller update.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi ale

Welcome to the Community Forums.

As responded to doug a while back on the same subject it would be extremely helpfui if you also would provide us with some more detail as to the context of your issue, i.e., what operating system are you running under, in what circumstances this occurs...all the time, for all types of documents, etc.

Appreciate that you have an issue and that you may not be in a position to provide us with much...but as a minimum the operating system you are using, and the applicaiton that you are trying to use to open the documents woud, be a start.  In addition I am also wondering if you have just installed WSA and are now seeing the issue...and therefore of the opinion that it is the fault of WSA?

Well, that might be the case so to test that theory, if you have WSA installed please unintsall it, checkj to see whether the issue is resolved and then either way reinstall clean reinstall WSA, i.e., rebooot, run the installer (if you would like to get a fresh copy then you can get the Webroot version from here, and the Best Buy version from here...both for PC), making sure that you have your keycode handy and also making sure that you do not import any previous setting if the installer offers the option, allow the installer to complete and then reboot.

And then check to see if the issue remains, before comming back here to let us know what happened in terms of the issue with WSA uninstalled and then reinstalled.
