I have been trying to view the Execution History. However, after 8 hours it is still loading. What can I do?

Hello pmike,
Welcome to the Community!
You are talking about the History as of the online Access Console?
May I suggest that you clear you cache in your browser and try again to access Account Console again. Have you tried a reboot of your computer?
If you continue to have problems then please issue a Support Ticket free of charge.
Also does anyone else on the Forum have any suggestions with this execution History loading?
Please let us know if you need more help and/or if you get this resolved so thqat we may help others.
Best Regards,

Hello pmke,
I had another idea and that is, are you talking about Utilities/Reports? Could you explain which one you are referring to because I may be able to resolve this for you?
Waiting in for your response.;)

Hello pmike,
Would you mind doing a clean reinstall to fix this? Please follow these instructions closely.
