I upgraded to Windows 10 and Webroot won't run. Message is "subscription expired".
It has not expired but is due to automatically renew.

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Hi pwr_kat
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If WSA is saying that it has expired and you believe that it is due to renew automatically then I would, just to be safe, give the Sales Team a call to make sure that is indeed the case.
You can reach them at the start of the new business week on 1-866-612-4268 (US) or +44 (0) 870 141 7070 (UK)...bezt to make sure...;)

Doesn't work. I can't reinstall because Webroot doesn't recognize the serial number that USED to work.
