Are you referring to the password that you set up under Advanced Settings > Access Control? If so then there is a way to get around this if you have forgotten the password but I cannot share it in open forum for obvious reason so if yo would like to know please send me a private message and will share what I know with you.

 

If the above is not your case then please post back with additional details as to exactly where the problem is.
