Not much to go on re. detail, so as to be able to help you.  Would you be able to provide us with some additional information as to the nature of the 'block' that is preventing you from doing this?  Do you watch vis the website using a browser, or have you downloaded a helper or app to do this?  Depending on what you tell us about the problem will depend any soution we might come up with to assist you.
