Hello,

 

I have had webroot for about 5 months now, and it has been good until about 2 weeks ago.  My windows update wont load/work.  Always leaves the same 6 updates un installed.  So my question is can webroot secureanywhere cause windows update to undergo error code 80070246 or 80246013? Any help or ideas would be appreciated!

 

The laptop is an asus 2n1 laptop-flip tablet that runs windows 8.1

Webroot would not interfer with your updates or give these kind of error codes.
