WSA is an antimalware program, not a suite of tweaks.  If you have malware on the computer slowing it down, obviously WSA can help by getting rid of that.  Other than that... there really is not much we can do to make a computer faster.  One thing you should consider is taking a look at the age and specs of the computer and consider upgrading to a new one, or even maybe just adding a bit of RAM to the one you have.
