How do I find out what is interferring with my connection to my yahoo mail?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
I have no issue using Yahoo but lets check to see if WSA is the cause in which I doubt. Just Right Click on the Webroot Tray Icon and Click Shut down Protection then see if you can get to yahoo account and please let us know!
