I'll try to answer your concerns here but I'm alittle confused in what you are trying to say. What Webroot SecureAnywhere do you have. Do you have a 3 device protection? Please look here for comparisons.

 

#1- Your iPad cannot have Antivirus protection on it other then SecureWeb for IOS. May I lead you to this Knowledge Base Article Here explaining AV for IOS. If you have WSA Internet Protection for 3 devices then you can have Backup and Sync & Password Manager.

 

#2- Now are you saying you cannot uninstall Webroot from the Control Panel/Programs/Add Remove/ uninstall Webroot from your old laptops?

 

#3- To Deavticate Webroot from your old laptops, you can go to the Account Console and deactivate those laptops in question.To add a seat to your subscription.

 

If you are having troubles uninstalling let me know and I can provide a method for you to uninstall manually.
