As of yesterday, I cannot get past the MSN butterfly to sign in. I select my 2 MSN accounts which are available via hotmail or my cell phone but my PC will take me from the Butterfly to the sign-in page ONLY to give me a blank slate. I have chatted with tech support but I cannot run a scan (tells me I am not the administrator of my own pc?). I was directed to run a clean boot but that did not help. Webroot did a 4+ hr. scan and I am clean. I also have McAfee via MSN and that checks good. So what is my problem to get a sign-in page for MSN? I have not had this issue before. It is impossible to get through to MSN except for lengthy holds using "chat" and then they are working with several users at the same time. They want to charge me $150 to remotely connect to my PC. This is absurd. Perhaps another provider would be better but I need to get to my saved files on my PC as a result of my MSN email accounts. Any thoughts?
Hello Yme, welcome to the Webroot Community!

What browser are you using to try to log in?   If you have more than one browser on the PC, you might try using the OTHER one, the one you do not normally use.

Alternately, you might try to reset the browser you are using... restore it to defaults as well as clear all browsing history and cache.

@ Are you around?  Any other ideas?
